Select a saved quotation and a service profile. The app creates a visually formatted firm-wise email, can copy it with formatting, and can save a Gmail draft in the Google account under which the Apps Script web app is executing.
Connect each employee's own mailbox once. For Gmail, the preferred option is Connect My Gmail / Workspace. A 16-digit Google App Password remains available as a fallback. Saved secrets/tokens are encrypted on Hostinger.
🔒 Permanent quotation history: once a quotation is saved, it cannot be deleted from the app. Use Edit / Revise to make changes while retaining the same quotation record and revision history.

V2.3 stores all binary documents only in Google Drive: quotations, quotation attachments, chat attachments, reports, returned TRFs, sent mail attachments and received mail attachments. Quotation approvals are mirrored into one Google Sheet. MySQL keeps only lightweight metadata/history and session-protected Drive references. All file attachments are Drive-only; anything uploaded as an attachment is offloaded regardless of size, so files above 10 KB never remain in Hostinger/MySQL.
Deployment-safe storage: Hostinger application data is kept in a persistent sibling data directory outside the replaceable app package. Quotations are also recoverable from the Google quotation register.
Only the original editable Word forms travel with quotation emails: TRF DOCX + Customer Feedback DOCX. No pre-filled/PDF form is attached.
TRF is mandatory for sample booking.
Hostinger server is authoritative. Every edit is queued online immediately; rapid typing is safely combined into a short save so Hostinger process usage stays low. Browser storage is only a recovery cache. Live server events keep mobile, desktop and Admin views aligned.
Offline safety: quotation/MIS/client/task/booking edits are stored in this browser before any network request. If internet is unavailable, continue working normally. The first verified user claims the current pre-login offline work; after the server confirms it was saved, that guest cache is cleared so another user cannot accidentally inherit the same work.
Hostinger cloud is required for team use. Excel/CSV local parsing remains available; optional external connectors require separate configuration.
Backup includes every quotation, sales to-do/reminder, tracker remark log, positive clients, Daily MIS, Client List, firm master data, and signatures.
